What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Extras depend on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises provide premium snacks and drinks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate menu options.
When should I make my booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks ahead for large events or private festivities, particularly in our busy period from May to September. Early booking also allows for better personalization of your event.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. If the captain deems weather unsafe, we’ll propose a new date or give a complete reimbursement. We closely monitor the weather and will inform you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. We also offer a range of catering services tailored to your tastes. Please be aware that, for safety, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility restrictions?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. Reach out during your reservation process to discuss specific accessibility requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any additional provisions needed.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Should you cancel 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
